About Me

JD’s journey into personal training began in 2003, shortly after his mom passed away. His father, now widowed, desired to get back into shape and needed assistance in reaching his specific fitness goals. As a fitness enthusiast since the age of thirteen, JD embraced this opportunity of helping his father improve his health, fitness level, and self confidence by sharing his passion for exercise.
